Useless customer service systems

Useless customer service systems. I received an item that was NOT what was shown in the photo or description on their website. After 10 days of emails to and fro they agreed to pick up the item and give me a full refund. Takealot logged a return ticket. The item was delivered to their returns department. They sent me an email to say that I had logged the return too late so they would not refund me. I called them and they said they have already sent the item back to me and that I have to log another return and wait for my refund. I have not received any details when that item will be received. I am never buying anything from them again.
