Useless courier used by takealot

I ordered a ADSL router from takealot on friday the 8th and paid extra to have it delivered the next day. Waited till after 1 PM to get a call from Mr Delivery asking if delivery before 5PM was ok . I agreed but was a bit annoyed because there was not a more specific time . Eg between 3 and 4 or between 4 and 5 etc..<br> <br> 5 Pm comes and goes , 6 pm comes and goes ... 7:10 the guy pitches up and delivers the parcel.<br> <br> I had to return the product now because its not working properly with some of my devices, so i proceeded with the return process.<br> Today Mr Delivery phone me at about 11 am and ask if collection before 5pm is ok .. I got angry and asked the call agent to be more specific and he said he couldnt , but they will phone me when they are on their way<br> <br> This means that i have to sit and wait from 11am till 5pm because they can pitch up at any time ? Why cant they arrange a more specific time???<br> <br> The guy again pitches up after 6pm. Without them calling to say they are on their way. Mr delivery is useless ...
