USELESS COMPANY

Ordered an item 15th January .Delivered on 20th .Product was dented and returned on Monday .It then was credited to my account without norificatuon .I then reordered .and it sat in my box for a week .I then queried with call centre .They promised to deliver by Friday 11th .Status shows delivered but I have not received the product .contact with centre goes unanswered with resolution .Useless
