useless call centre NO FEEDBACK EVER you always have to call them

deserves a one star only because they usually deliver. but as far as the call centre agents and their helpfulness and responses are useless. they NEVER give any feedback, they SUPPOSEDLY email you confimations of escalations on your missing orders or feedback on results but they NEVER DO!!!!!
