Useless at returns

<p>I logged my return almost a month ago. I ordered a waterproof "1080p" waterproof action camera. The quality of the camera was shocking. It was worse than the first camera phone. Don't know how takealot can even stock something like that and claim it's such good quality. </p> <p>They took two weeks to come and pick it up after I logged the return, now it's been almost a month and I still have not heard a thing from them. </p> <p>Every time I speak to someone at takealot, I get told the same thing. "It's being evaluated, or it's on its way". I have never known a delivery company to be so useless. I will never order from you again. </p>
