Useless and *****s!

I recently bought 2 items from Takealot. The 2 products where of the same brand however I had a coupon that only app**** to the 1 item. I returned the item on which I paid full price and now they are refusing to give me a full refund, insisting that I have to get a voucher to the amount of the discount received on the item that I did not return and that voucher can only spent on products of the same brand I originally purchased.

I have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls to try and explain this to them only to be insulted by the manager when I said that this was a simple mathematical calculation and should not be difficult.

Its been 3 weeks now struggling to get my money out of them and them insisting that they can apply the voucher to any of the 2 products as they were the same brand!

This all after they still said I didn't return all the items even though I didn't even open the box!
