Useless and Pathetic Customer Service!!!

I am still waiting for my return MRRN-384ED-GB6V to be collected since LAST TUESDAY!!!! Its a whole week since it was supposed to be collected and everyday different agents lie to me that they will get back to me but don't. And then I keep getting messages that Takealot will be coming to collect and they don't!!! And then Takealot has a nerve to send me a msg that they tried to collect it on Friday, when I was waiting since the morning and no one arrived nor did anyone call me. I am getting sick and tired of this!!!! When are you going to fetch the return? STOP WASTING MY TIME!!!!!
