Useless and *********** delivery service

2 orders were placed within minutes of each other. One was with card one COD. Both orders had exactly the same address. The card order was delivered without any problems. The COD order claimed first that we weren't available to accept delivery, then the next comment says not enough address information was given. ARE YOUR DRIVERS THAT *********** TO BE ABLE TO DO A SIMPLE DELIVERY TO A STREET ADDRESS THAT THEY HAD ALREADY DELIVERED A PARCEL TO EARLIER THE SAME DAY WITH THE INFORMATION GIVEN?
