Useless and horrible service

Hi

Bought LED lights from them, 3rd time i'm returning a light and it's been a uphill battle, they are taking forever to do the return, the staff member im dealing with is clueless and very unhelpfull.

I only buy from them due to the decent price, but the fact that lights keep breaking and you cant get any decent service makes me very hesitant to do business with them again.
