Useless and Disappointed!

I have never had any problems with Takealot Until now!!! So lets start by the start I ordered on the 23rd of FEBURARY! I ordered two of those swings sets and two other random products my delivery was suppose to be on the 5th never came I had to call and ask *** is going on, on the 6th Half of my order was delivered still waiting on my other swing set they tell me no I should Pay for both and then they'll just deliver the other one till this day I didn't get anything or feed back on my other swing that needs to be delivered. Yesterday I called them and was in the que waiting for 20 min then tried calling after 5 o'clock just to get a voice mail saying they cant take my call right now because there operating hours is from 8am-7pm I call at 5oclock!!!

Then secondly I logged a return in the return I asked for them to refund the money via my bank not on credit on my App and what did they do? the went and credit it in my app and I have to call customer care to get it to transfer into my account but they are not answering there phones!!! I've been communicating with Nuha.K from Takealot after addressing my concerns with her and explain where Takealot was wrong she just ghosted me and I haven't had a reply since!!!! I really hope Takealot wakes the **** up before they lose more client because they did lose me!!!
