Useless - Amazon here I come

Absolutely useless systems and support. I cancelled an order and therefore did not use my ABSA voucher but I cannot use the voucher on a new order since its still linked to the old cancelled order. Basic programming. Zero help from the numerous emails and messages sent to them. ABSA - do you want to associate yourself with this useless bunch?
