Useless Administration

My delivery has been rescheduled 5 times now just because they cannot read basic instructions.

The instructions clearly state delivery any time this week between 8am and 4pm and yet twice they tried to deliver the order at 7pm at a business park.

My order that was scheduled for next week tuesday arrived today two ours after I received an update that its scheduled for next week. But my order that was scheduled for this tuesday has been delayed 4 times.

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE??????? I MADE 11 PHONE CALLS TODAY TO FIND OUT WHAT THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER IS AND NOT ON PERSON GAVE ME THE SAME ANSWER. 4 PROMISED TO PHONE ME BACK AND YET I AM STILL WAITING.
