Useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Placed an order for a new sink tap as mine cracked and leaking madly, placed and paid on 26 December and I specifically used Takealot because the delivery date said 28 December, after I paid, the date changed to 05 January, I the spoke to whoever on Facebook messenger (as getting hold of an actual person is almost non existent) this person said delivery will be 31 December! 31 December came and gone and no delivery, asked again on messenger, the all of the sudden stock was unavailable and the date changed to 5 January again. When I said this is unacceptable, the person asked if I want to refund my order or do a split delivery, I asked how long will the split delivery take as I really need the tap, never got an answer, the I got a message from the Takealot app which stated that the delivery date changed again and is now 06 January, like ***!!!!!!!! I still have not gotten any feedback from the dude on messenger, when I sent an email they rep**** once and not again, there was no communication unless I asked questions and even then they take forever to get back to you, and then its useless information in anyway! This was my last purchase from Takealot, I will from now on rather use Temu or Amazon! NEVER AGAIN😡
