Useless 6 Orders of not one was correct !!!!

I place 6 order with this useless company out of the 6 order not one has arrived as promised or with items bought. One oreder is still outstanding from blackfriday . I have spoke to call center operators and even the supervisors. The one item I bought for my gueshouse , we here we promised the kids freshly baked pitzza , is still not here , was call 2 days ago from delivery company to deliver it finally, only to find out he standing in Springs Gauteng !!!!! I live in Shelly beach KZN !!!! Phone again spoke to supervice that promised to get back to me , wich she did not . Courier company phoned me , and then put the phone down in my ear . While the item was lost Takelot took their time , sending 10 of emails to warehouse and delivery company and 3 weeks!! While the customer sat without their order .

This is in acceptable, I bought from Makro , and Amazon and all deliveries are deliverd in time . Takealot never app**** my voucher, Not one order was correct Late deliveries Credit took weeks to pass on to my account I still dont have my pizza/ bread oven For all the pleasant promises at call center the follow up is useless They cost me a tatal of R 1000 in cellphone calls since October to get orders sorted I wanted to add memory card to my last order 5 min after playing it and was told I need to pay delivery al the the previous ◇5 min ago)order for R4 000 cant be include in that order I even got emails too other client send to my email !!!!! I have spend about R45 000 with takealot and been the most unpleasant experience I had from shopping for any one this year One order was cancelled at warehouse because their own discriotions on page is wrong, they still send it out even after it was cancelled and tried to deliver it 5 times !!!
