Useless

I ordered something from the website and paid a delivery fee to have my order delivered on Tuesday 29 Oct. The morning I got a confirmation sms stating that my order would be delivered before 17:00 on the 29th. Around 15:00 I got an sms stating that there is something worng with my address and they can’t locate it. This is complete nonsense as my sister who lives at the same address as me had a delivery from Takealot the week prior. I have also had successful deliveries AT THE SAME ADDRESS in past so why is there a problem now? No one has contacted to try and fix this situation (although on the website and sms is says someone would contact me shortly). I have contacted the delivery department and it is just as useless. The woman Amanda who I talked to over the phone has a TERRIBLE attitude as well. From now on I would really reconsider ordering from this company. I hope this order gets to me soon, this mess gets sorted out and that I get my delivery money refunded as I PAID to get my order delivered om Tuesday.
