Useless

Good day i am so disgust with take alot my 1st time buying by them and yet no communication after my stuff were supposed to be delivered on the 14 feb between 8am to 17:00 nothing happened,but by tracking it,it says its out for delivery and it even shows the same date 14 feb should be deliver by 17:00 it is the 15 of feb already please take alot can you deliver my stuff asap
