Useless

Very bad service. I ordered a laser line level and it was delivered wrong twice, it is more thsn a month now that i try to get my order correct, paid in once and stil was not right. I phoned several times and asked to speak to some sort of manager or supervisor and is promised everytime by the first consultant that there is no need and that they wil sort it... been using take a lot for a long time... this is just real bad service!!!
