Useless

<p>Takealot is the worst company i have ever dealt with. I have ordered a item on the 3rd of December 2016 and it was scheduled to be delivered on the 7th with Mr.D couriers that never happened. I have spent more than R 235 in airtime calling the customer care centre and every time the story changes. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today the 14th December 2016 i received a call where I was informed that my parcel will be delivered tomorrow.</p> <p> </p> <p>Never believe what the customer care centre tells you. Takealot they are worth nothing in my book o how the mighty have fallen. But I think it’s great this now creates an opportunity for other online shops to take over from the truly pathetic Takealot</p>
