USELESS!!

<p>I cancelled an order over a week ago which since then arrived for delivery to my house twice and today I received an email saying that the item was received by my which it wasn't?!??</p> <p> </p> <p>how is takealot and all the customer service agents so extremely ***********?!</p> <p> </p> <p>i need a refund ASAP!! Am done waiting and honestly regret having made use of takealot for my orders </p>
