Useless....

I ordered a gift for my brother in December, 4 items were not in the package, I did send mails to takealot to advise them, they then send me a review and I also advised on the review that some goods were not received, still no response from them. I went to look at the reviews on that item, mine is not showing, so they only show on their app what they want to. I bought over R 15 000 worth of goods from them from.my and my daughters app, and this is the assistance received...never again as they don't even have the desency to call a person back
