Used/faulty product

I ordered a 10.1inch multi media unit for my car. It arrived 3 days early which was awesome. Wasn't very happy with the packaging, plain box no branding, no installation guide and no protective film on the screen. Took it to an installer to install the unit. After an hour he asked me where I got the second hand unit because the communication module and touch buttons on the side of the screen did not work. I had it removed and returned to the depot. This cost me R850 installation and removal fees. The online agent told me that there was nothing that could be done regarding my R850. So due to takelot's incompetence, mismanagement and don't care attitude I'm out of pocket. Unfortunately I cannot express and say how I really feel on this platform. Shame on you takelot.
