Used to be great now... Lost trust

Well... Used to be a pleasure to shop but.... Too much for them to handle.

So, i bought two of the sames products and oy got one, have been sending messages for days now but no reply. Only messages i am getting is to shop more but nothing about my current order thats incorrect.
