Used items received from Takealot

Today I received my order (***) from Takealot : a set of Samsung earbuds that cost R 3000. When I opened the box, the smaller box within containing the actual buds, fell open. Upon inspection, I found that there was no charger wire. Upon further inspection (and checking what should have been in the box) I found that some of the silicon earpieces were also missing. The buds "charging case" also looked handled and used. I reported this at once and now await a response. I hope that Takealot can trace the person who packed my order, and fire them on the spot. Sadly now I will always have a slight distrust when receiving something from Takealot, and we order from them very regularly. It seems that I received a complete second-hand set of goods. Hopefully they will sort this out very quickly.
