Used item and wrong item delivered 3 times.

I work long hours. I needed to install and mount a monitor on my one day off in the week. To save time I ordered the mount from takealot so I would not need to go buy one on my day off. Item arrived used. It was scratched and bolts seemed to have dust from what seems to be concrete from whom ever tried to install this thing previously. I paid extra to have this item delivered urgently. This is not the first time I have had an issue with Takealot. I have a previous order that they delivered the incorrect item, I sent it back, they then sent the work item again ( the exact wrong item that was returned ), I sent it back and then believe it or not the wrong item sent again! ( the exact wrong items that was returned ) All I got was a generic apology. Not a discount, not an effort to get the correct item to me nothing. Now with my last order no one has contacted me but an automated system that has booked my return. True to form I will only get a refund once they inspect it because and that was the same last time when the incorrect item was sent three times. You would think they would know me by now and that I would not return an item that was not faulty. I am now extremely in inconvenienced as I wont have time to do what I needed this Sunday because God forbid Takeaot would make an effort to help me as a good customer to exchange my item and have it delivered quickly.
