****/used Electronic devices , be aware!!!

I purchased a iphone 13 pro max from takealot in August 2024. After a month the phone battery would only last for a few hours after being fully charged. The phone reboot continuously whenever in use. The screen started to pop out the phone by itself. I then contacted takalot as it comes with a 12 month warranty , it took almost 2 weeks to get to the supplier where I was then told it is because it was dropped and abused bearing in mind the phone is in excellent condition with not a single scratch on it and hasn't been dropped once. Supplier are selling **** and used items as brand new items and takealot is not doing anything about it! Please refrain from buying electronic items on takealot has a lot of them are ****s and after service is useless even though they promise so much!
