Used dishwasher got delivered. Poor management for not calling back

Pathetic management! Almost a week of continuous calling to be told they will call me back.

Ordered a Defy dishwasher. Got a wet and used dishwasher! Returned it and expected, that as this is totally unacceptable, Takealot will send a new one immediately. Still nothing!
