Used and Broken items

I ordered a bunch of stuff for the family for Christmas and when it arrived, three of the items are damaged and one item was not what i ordered. They have dents and scratches and the packaging basically destroyed. The one items the seal was broken. How can anyone in there right mind dispatch item like that.

When looking to return and get replacement items the delivery is now after Christmas... Does takealot not have anymore pride or care about their customers? This is not the first time this has happened this year.
