USE THEM AT YOUR RISK....

I received a 65" TV from takealot. When I unboxed the TV the screen had a line. I logged a return request which was rejected due to "user" damage. I have been asking for clarity on how I "the user" damaged the product when I am actually trying to return the product because the screen was damaged. No explanations have been forthcoming. I have sent them pictures of the TV with a line when i unboxed the TV, before i had even removed all the protective covering around the TV.

PLEASE CAN I GET MY REFUND...
