Use Proper delivery drivers, not amateurs!

This is NOT my 2nd or 3rd complaint about the delivery service from Takealot!!! I placed orders before whereby the useless delivery drivers refuse to come Park at my building due to them being TRACKED ( I even saw them being tracked ) and they claim its not safe to park outside. I've had so many big items including TVs delivered to my premises before by Takealot in the past, now all of a sudden because of Covid and increase in crime these drivers face its a problem. I waited home the entire day, not even a buzz at my intercom nor a call received from the driver who was supposed to have deliver my items. TAKEALOT your service delivery and use of alot of foreign drivers who are stubborn needs to seriously improve.!!!
