Use of Mr D as courier

Placed an order, on the day of delivery, I was met with an order that was marked as undelivered, recipient not at home ?? Really!!!! I was home all the time, best part is that the delivery guy marked it at a totally different suburb, in other words, he was NEVER at my home, nor never contacted me.

I am disgusted at the Port Elizabeth Mr D courier service, for their *********** staff & service.

The call centre staff at takealot.com, while friendly, cannot do anything to help me either, very frustrating, and possibly my LAST order I will place on takealot.com

To takealot.com : get your courier services in order, placing an order online is ONLY half of the experience, ***** up the delivery part ( other half ) and the whole experience of ordering via takealot.com becomes an inconvenience which I could of avoided by shopping in a brick and mortar shop. Saving a 100 bucks VS getting my product on time, I choose the last.
