Use Amazon or Temu instead
I placed an order on Monday 3rd June for two items that are in stock at the JHB warehouse. It is now Friday the 7th and my order has still not shipped yet, even though I paid R70 to have it delivered on Wednesday. The support team has been unable to resolve my issue and you can also not cancel the order which they are unable to deliver. The lack of action and service is actually a joke. The fact that they cannot even deliver a parcel from Kempton Park to Bryanston in a timely manner is actually sad.

07 Jun 2024, 13:17Update on this. Someone has finally contacted me and said they will refund the order because their team at the warehouse did not hand over the package for delivery. But on the refund statement they are still charging me the delivery fee for failing to deliver the order. So only the seller loses a sale. They still ***** you and make sure they are covered. It is borderline theft.
