[URL Removed] sucks for days!!!

I bought an auditing eBook online for my studies this semester and paid for it online immediately without any hassles. Next thing, the ebook wont open using my own WPS office, and so im obliged to download their ebook reader app. Which I did download and it gave me problems from the get go, but eventually I had to re download it a number of times before it worked properly. Suddenly now I cant download any of my documents from my unisa student portal directly to my devices drive, it automatically wants to download to [URL Removed] reader app, which is ****py because it wont even allow me to download my own damn school material because it keeps giving me an error message. Which reads \an error has occured loading this item\" and it stops there and doesnt allow me to download my course material anymore,an isssue I have never ever ever encounted with my tablet. I have damn asssignments due in no time. Hence I opted for the ebook instead of the hard copy which was going to take up my time whilst waiting foe delivery. This ****** app has altered settings for opening my documents. WPS is my preferred document reader, but this app automatically made itself the primary and prinicipal app damn"
