On the 24th of November 2014 I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4.This was a cash deal and I received the device 2 days later,no issues.The phone worked fine except that it didn't have a few of the features that my cousins' Samsung Galaxy S4 had for example,the Swype function.I didn't query it as it wasn't an important function.8 months later (last week Saturday) I dropped my phone by mistake and the screen cracked,the device came on with all the usual start-up sounds,except I couldn't see a thing on the screen as the LCD was stuffed.My cousin reminded me that Samsung has a warranty called \ADH"";the consultant asked me for my IMEI number as she entered the IMEI she advised that I do not qualify for the warranty as the phone was old and out of warranty;I said that was impossible as the phone was bought under 12 months ago.she mentioned that I could have been sold a **** phone that wasn't registered under Samsung SA.is this even possible?is this why [URL Removed] is no longer in existence?how could a trusted name sell ****/pirated phones?
