[URL Removed] sells defective rotten stock!!!!

I purchased an item for my sisters babyshower, only to receive a mouldy bag with no plastic wrapping or anything over it. WORST experience to actually have the bag returned and another item sent to me. they refused to give me my money back until they received their defective rotten merchandise back!! They took their own time to collect the item (which I still have) and made promises that it will be done and I would have a new item to give to my sister at the shower! It is now one day before the shower and I am sitting without a present nor do I have any cash to buy her a new present!!! This is my first niece and I am very dissappointed!!! I HATE takealot and will never trust them or use their services again!
