[URL Removed] late deliveries

[URL Removed] promised to deliver my parcel on the weekend of the 19th/12/2015. yesterday (21/12/2015) when I called to find out why the parcel was not delivered as promised I was informed by one of their floor manager at Mr Delivery that they don't do deliveries over the weekend. But in the same breathe I was promised that the delivery will take place the very same day (21/12/2015). Needless to say nothing materialised. This morning (22/12/2015) I phoned them....AGAIN! and was just given the run around and also told that they cannot give me a specific time. an sms was sent through to inform me that delivery will take place before 17h00 today. <br> A manager by the name of Maxwell told me that Natalie who deals with UTI the courier that has my parcel will phone me, I am still waiting for her call! This is really bad customer service at it's worst! I'm waiting desperately now for my parcel and TAKEALOT CAN REST ASSURED THAT I AM NEVER USING THEIR SERVICE AGAIN!! <br> EVEN THEIR RESPONSE ON TWITTER IS LACK LUSTER!
