I started buying online from take@lot in June 2014, since then I used it 7 times. Take@lot has great service, prices and on time deliveries. Yesterday (11-08-2015) I received a sms that my parcel will reach me before 15h00, but at 17h00 still no parcel. This morning I phoned and tried to find out what happened to my parcel, apperently they could not get hold of me, eventhough I was at home the whole day. Thus, the lady assured me that my parcel will reach me before 15h00 again and at 11h50 take@lot was at my door. Somtimes things can go wrong and we have no control over it. Therefore, I want to thank Take@lot for their Amazing customer services. The lady I spoke to on the phone (Tanya Rushin) was friendly, kind and helpful. I believe this is the first time phoning a custormer service that are actually friendly and willing to help. Well done [Email Removed]
