[URL Removed] does it again!

I had a bit of an issue with my delivery address (my fault) and I called the [URL Removed] service centre. Call was answered by Somaya, who was really friendly, tried her best and showed she cared. It's always a pleasure to deal with people who take the time to explain something to you, despite a situation being out of their control. Great service from Takealot and Mr. Delivery, yet again. My parcel was delivered a day before schedule! Also, I brought Somaya another request after she had already helped me and she was on it with just as much enthusiasm. Can someone give her a raise? :)
