Urgently need order

Terrible service!! On 23June i place and paid for order. Seeing 1 item is out of stock.. i sent emails asking them to please assist me as this is for my little ones birthday. Consultant Shakeena adviced me to split the order showing me that the dvd is delaying the order.. i agreed.. thinking great the most important goods will arrive now.. NO.. Next day another consultant Shijaan states something else.. My order number #*** I urgently need my order before 9july!!
