URGENT UPSET IRRITATED CUSTOMER Pathetic service

Good day this is not the first time this has been happening last order came after 3 months. I have place and paid for an order #***2 on the 21 June 2020. Delivery only came today after calling numeras times and calls just gets discontinued. Placed a complaint on Twitter and guess what order arrived today 6 July 2020. My Gin gift pack broken. Another item not even included or shipped yes as per website nooo communication regarding that item. I have seen bad customer service at its best now. The last time of the order of 3 months I've asked for compensation the team leader just came back saying they not giving at this moment. What am I to do I do not know how to get hold of Takealot unreachable everywhere and I am no longer waisting my airtime aswell URGENT UPSET IRRITATED CUSTOMER. The CEO Should know how her staff are putting her bussiness to shame.
