URGENT: Refund not processed after return — no communication

I purchased moving boxes from Takealot, but on delivery I discovered they were significantly smaller than shown on the product listing. I only opened the outer wrapping to check the size; the boxes were never used and remained in the original condition.

I immediately logged a return, and the item was collected by the driver. However, it was later sent to a pickup point without my consent and without any communication or explanation.

I requested a refund, yet it has now been over two weeks with no refund processed and no meaningful update provided. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering the item was returned promptly and in the same condition.

I expect this matter to be resolved urgently and the refund to be processed without further delay.
