URGENT ORDER AT LOCAL COURIERS, BUT TAKEALOT.COM DELAYS DELIVERY A DAY LATER

My delivery was scheduled as a normal delivery, but due to Takealot.com's picking error, one of the ordered items is now going to be delivered late. Problem is, I CANNOT WAIT for a day later as it is an urgent item needed today. Both items were labelled "in stock in JHB" and the late item is actually shipped.

Also, the item has arrived at the couriers at Booysens Reserve 10 minutes away from me but Takelot.com just casually delayed its delivery a day further. I spoke to an assistant earlier by the name of Robyn L., but although I've mailed her again, am not getting mail responses from her.

This parcel HAS TO BE DELIVERED TODAY AS PER ORIGINAL DATE!!!! It's a HIGHLY URGENT ORDER that needs to be handover to the recipient TODAY!!! I tried to call in to ***, but my call was cut after 8 minutes of waiting - this is unacceptable and grossly unprofessional!!! This is not the Takealot I've come to know and trust. My trust has been shot down immensely by this terrible, unprofessional, uncaring, nonchalant response.
