Urgent: Ongoing Delivery Issues Impacting My Ability to Work

I ordered a laptop last week, but on August 6, I received the incorrect model. The incorrect laptop was returned and examined before the correct one was supposed to be sent, which I urgently need for work. As a result, I have been unable to work since last week.

After confirming that the returned item was fine, they attempted to deliver my laptop. However, instead of a laptop, I received a blender.

I spoke to an agent named Sandiso, who assured me that they would prioritize sending my laptop instead of focusing on the return. Despite this, the blender was picked up today, and I am still without the laptop, which is severely impacting my job and livelihood.

Send me the laptop or refund ASAP.
