URGENT FEEDBACK

i have ordered two 64 holes bubble guns at takealot for my two daughters.when i received the boxes i opened one and checked that everything was in it so i then thought i dont have to open the second box because everything was in the first box... so....on christmas morning my daughters opens the boxes only to see that not the box that i didnt checked did not have everything in it as per the box that i have checked. so i sent the item back to the takealot george branch. on the 9th i phone the george branch... no mam we will follow up and get back to you. so i phoned them again only to be told that i must contact the big branch since they will be able to assist me. i phoned and spoke to a lady, she will revert my matter to the relevant department that was last week. today i phoned again only to be informed that the lady did not refer my matter to the correct department. this is unacceptable since one of my daughters now don't have a gun and the other one does have one. MY MONEY WAS GOOD ENOUGH SO I NEED FEEDBACK NOW . THIS CANNOT GO ON FOR A THIRD WEEK!!!!!!!
