Urgent

I am most unhappy about the service,, i got sent something different from what i ordered,, and its now a problem to get my money back,, i wamt those thing removed from my house,, and i want my delivery fee paid back as well,,, i am not going to leave the matter ,, i am going to report it to the obudsman,,
