Upset and disappointed

I've been purchased from Takealot for a while now, however I'm very disappointed with the service.... I requested for a large print bible, which came with normal font... I returned it and Takealot says it's non refundable... You sold me something I can't use... Reason I took it was it stated large print bible because I'm partner has I hard time seeing small print. No reply from them as yet, emailed and still no response...

Also return an order as it was incorrect, 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for a refund
