UPS AND DOWNS!

1. The service from Takealot was great. Once the order was made, the delivery was made in record time. Expectations were EXCEEEDED! To this I give Takealot full marks. 2. However, I needed an invoice, which Takealot had to obtain from the actual supplier. Here is my gripe! After making a request for invoice on the system, I rang Takealot. The call center person said it would be given IMMEDIATELY. 29th January. IMMEDIATELY was only on the 4th February. Rather say you have no control on when the invoice will be ready than say it will be ready IMMEDIATELY and then only deliver a few days later.
