Upends UpBar Vapes -not full

I bought a pack of 3 Upends UpBar disposable Vapes. It came in Blue Raspberry, Orange and Apple. I wrote a review on take alot app on my order my review has still no been attended too, I called and held on for 17 mins no getting to speak to an agent.

Of the 3 Upends UpBar Vapes only 1 was actually full and working, the Blue Raspberry. The other 2 were empty. How do I get this replaced as I paid for 3 and only 1 worked.
