Update on previous review. Issue resolved after back and forth.

After a week of trying to explain a delivery issue to an AI bot I finally made contact with a human! The driver was contacted and managed to trace the delivery. Within a few hours the issue was resolved. Can we get quicker access to humans when the bots go into a loop???
