I order for the first time and was collecting my order at the Midrand depot I have been calling them the whole day asking about my order cause I had to collect it today.They told me that they swip the label of my order so my order is not ready for collection.later in the day I receive an email that my order is ready for collection only to find out that a consultant forged the email of the collects a whole takealot consultant and sent me a used QR CODE. Takealot allows they consultants to do ***** and they saw who send the email and told me it's the consultant I was speaking with over the phone
