Unwanted and ********* orders

I recently ordered 2 items on Takealot, however when I checked my tara king, I noticed multiple items has been added. This is a COD delivery, and when I tried to cancel it they said they cannot cancel it even though it has not even been booked for shipping. I can say with the utmost confidence I never ordered 3 of the items and now it is being shipped to me. This is completely *********, goes against the CPA and nowhere in there order confirmation does it said you can not cancel an order unless you mail them. I will however take this up, and already consulted a family member who deals with CPA cases.
